Jeff Rogers has over 36 years of experience in multiple areas of Transportation and Logistics. His career began in 1984 at United Parcel Service, during his 14 years at UPS he worked in various operational and finance roles ranging from hub supervisor, package driver, driver supervisor and finance manager. In 1998 Mr. Rogers left UPS to begin a career at Yellow Transportation. During his 15 years at YRCW he held various roles including Manager of Capital Planning, Director of FP&A, Director of Operations, VP of Finance, CFO for YRC Regional Transportation, President of USF Holland (a YRCW subsidiary) and President of YRC Freight. Mr. Rogers left YRCW in 2013 and in 2014 he joined Universal Logistics Holdings as Executive Vice President and then became CEO in January of 2015. Mr. Rogers left Universal in January of 2020.
Mr. Rogers has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Kansas Newman University, located in Wichita, KS. He completed his M.B.A. at Baker University in Kansas City, MO.
Mr. Rogers is a decorated Army veteran and served as an Airborne Ranger from 1980 – 1984.
