Leo Moss
Leo Moss moved to the United States from Israel late 2011, after serving for 3 years in the Israeli army ranking master sergeant and graduating university of the Negev in Beer Sehba Israel B.A for communication and political studies. After his move to the US., Leo worked as a warehouse manager in Las Vegas, NV handling shipping and receiving procedures, controlling inventory, managing employees, scheduling and running daily warehouse operations.

Moving to Chicago Leo started working in sales, only to realize logistics still beats hard in his chest and thus in summer of 2013 Leo started working as a logistics broker at a leading 3PL company. Realizing the potential in the freight and logistics industry, Leo started his own company shortly after and specialized in a niche market of the freight industry, focused on refrigerated and frozen LTL distribution, gaining reputation with both customers and carriers, the company grew to double itself every year.

Currently Leo is the owner of Fruition Logistics and he is looking this year to exponentially grow his company’s book of business and buy a carrier company as well as to better service customers and continue growth.
